LED driver為電流源,因此有一可輸出的電壓范圍及一固定的輸出電流。在LED driver的測(cè)試上,一般常使用的方式有下列幾種:

| 由LED的V-I特性曲線中,可知LED有一順向偏壓VF及一導(dǎo)通電阻(Rd)。當(dāng)以真實(shí)電阻為負(fù)載,其V-I特型是一直線,并無法模擬LED的特性。尤其當(dāng)LED driver開機(jī)電壓上升時(shí),電流波形不同,可能會(huì)無法開機(jī)。而傳統(tǒng)電子負(fù)載的CR及CV模式,都是以穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)的LED操作點(diǎn)為設(shè)定值,對(duì)開關(guān)機(jī)或PWM調(diào)光動(dòng)態(tài)的特性,無法模擬,也可能導(dǎo)致LED driver產(chǎn)生不正常的動(dòng)作或保護(hù)。而若以LED來當(dāng)負(fù)載,雖能*測(cè)試LED driver。但卻有LED老化問題,及LED driver不同的輸出電壓測(cè)試上,需串聯(lián)不同顆數(shù)的LED,如此將會(huì)造成測(cè)試上與生產(chǎn)上的不便。 |
致茂6310A series電子負(fù)載中的63110A新創(chuàng)了一個(gè)新的操作模式—LED模式,來模擬LED。使用者僅需透過設(shè)定LED driver的輸出電壓、電流,即可模擬LED的拉載特性。還可設(shè)定LED的操作點(diǎn)阻抗及高頻阻抗,讓拉載電流及高頻連波與更趨近于真實(shí)LED。對(duì)于PWM調(diào)光(Dimming)測(cè)試,63110A的全新設(shè)計(jì)中,亦增加了頻寬,讓使用者亦可透過電子負(fù)載完成動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)光測(cè)試。
圖2是以LED為負(fù)載所拉載的電流波形(藍(lán)色);圖3為63110ALED 模式的拉載電流波形(藍(lán)色) ;由圖2與圖3可觀察到兩者于LED driver于開機(jī)時(shí)的拉載電壓電流波形非常相似。圖4為測(cè)LED為負(fù)載在調(diào)光(Dimming)時(shí)的電流波形。圖5為63110A為負(fù)載在調(diào)光(Dimming)時(shí)的電流波形。
LED driver的輸出漣波電流可以透過調(diào)整63110A內(nèi)部電阻 (Rr) 來模擬。傳統(tǒng)電子負(fù)載無法模擬LED driver的輸出漣波電流,如圖6所示。圖7為L(zhǎng)ED當(dāng)負(fù)載時(shí)的漣波電流。圖8為63110A當(dāng)負(fù)載時(shí)的漣波電流。
圖9是以真實(shí)電阻為負(fù)載的拉載電流波形(藍(lán)色);圖10為定電阻模式模擬真實(shí)電阻的拉載電流波形(藍(lán)色);圖9與圖10的電流與LED為負(fù)載的電流波形有相當(dāng)大差異,且電流及電壓都有過沖的情況發(fā)生,易導(dǎo)致LED driver在開機(jī)時(shí)發(fā)生過電壓或過電流保護(hù),如圖11所示。因此不管是真實(shí)電阻或是電子負(fù)載的定電阻模式,都比較無法模擬真實(shí)的情況。
